THANKSGIVING AT BISON AND BOURBON
We will open at 4pm on Thanksgiving this year offering a Stuffed Turkey Roulade served with traditional sides, gravy, and cranberry sauce. And of course, we will be featuring Rye Thyme, our holiday cocktail, made with house made thanksgiving spice syrup and Bulleit Rye. We will still have our entire dinner menu available so you can enjoy all of your favorites!
