Bison & Bourbon combines a nostalgic ambiance with unique eye catching dishes. Occupying a renovated 1920s-era warehouse, Bison & Bourbon focuses on a wide "Bites" selection, hearty entrees and provides an opportunity for others to join the ride.

Fun Fact 

In keeping with the building’s history and natural elegance, we carefully repurposed the original building materials from the 1920's to retain its authentic Prohibition-era charm. All of the tables indoor and outdoor are made from the original pine wood that the warehouse was built with in the 1920's.
